Warranty

Goods distributed by Merlin Distribution, come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, Merlin Distribution is entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement or refund through the place of purchase.

In addition to all rights and remedies to which you may be entitled by law, some products are warranted against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase. "12 month warranty" will be stated on the packaging or instructions manual of your product where this manufacturer warranty exists.
This warranty covers product failure due to defects in materials or workmanship only. It does not cover product failure due to misuse, abuse, faulty installation, alteration, lack of reasonable care, or any other failure not related to defects in materials or workmanship.
Any claim under this warranty must be made within 12 months of the date of purchase. To make a claim under this warranty, return the faulty product to the place of purchase, together with the receipt, original packaging and instruction sheet. No warranty will be provided without purchaser’s receipt or other acceptable proof of the date of original purchase. Any cost incurred in returning the product shall be borne by you.
